The decision to become better, healthier, fitter, stronger whatever it is you are looking to do comes down to one thing.
One thing only.
You need to want to do it for you.
Read that again.
You need to be selfish on this one, you do, and not in a bad way.
As being selfish on this in the short term and putting yourself first will only benefit others in the long run.
The other thing you need to do is, stop worrying about what others are thinking about what you’re doing.
Once you allow yourself to let go of that constant approval and you are no longer looking for other people’s validation for what you are doing, you become free to start experiencing why you’re here.
You get to start seeing what you are worth.
If you can’t allow yourself to let that go then all you will do is bind yourself to the thoughts of others around you.
And, not by your desire or want.
Just stop doing things for the approval of others, do it because you want to do it and it is the best thing for you.
To do brilliant things and achieve amazing things you need to do them.
