Kids Classes for School Years 7-11
4 Sessions a week.
Mon - Fox Fit a mix of strength & conditioning.
Tues - Fit & Foxy a full body workout using DB
Thurs - Fox Box, time to hit the punch bag
Fri - Fox Conditioning using the cardio machines alongside body weight or resistance work.
Monday to Friday 5pm-5.45pm
All Sessions are PT led
